Tai Chi is suitable for both the young and the less young. It requires no special clothing - loose, comfortable layers and footwear are recommended.

It takes one year to learn Chen Style long form and less for Yang Style 24 step short form. There is, however, no graduation.

Daily practice is important and results in physical and mental balance and serenity.
